Role Description The Team Leader Performance Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Poonamallee. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement for My Health School.

The Team

Leader will oversee a marketing team, set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs, and provide guidance to ensure campaigns are data-driven and result-oriented. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with sales and product teams, analyzing campaign metrics, managing budgets, and preparing performance reports.



The role also includes identifying growth opportunities, testing new marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent brand messaging aligned with the company’s health and wellness mission.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and develop a performance marketing team.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and support lead conversion strategies.
- Candidates should possess Marketing expertise, including digital performance marketing, campaign optimization, and data analysis.
- Experience in health, wellness, or education sectors is beneficial, along with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, and prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role in performance marketing is an advantage.
