Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Leader to manage and drive end-to-end logistics operations across First Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in hub operations, connections, pickup and delivery (PUD) operations, and international pickup & delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end logistics operations covering First Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile.
- Lead day-to-day Hub Operations and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Manage Connections / Line Haul operations, including timely movement and coordination.
- Drive Pickup & Delivery (PUD) operations, ensuring timely pickup and delivery performance.




- Handle and monitor International Pickup & Delivery operations and related service requirements.
- Lead, coach and manage operations teams to achieve productivity, quality and service targets.
- Monitor key operational KPIs, SLAs, productivity, TAT and service performance.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle operational escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards and operational SOPs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Prepare and review operational reports and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, express, courier, freight or supply chain operations.
- Robust experience in end-to-end logistics operations.
- Hands-on exposure to First Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile operations.
- Strong knowledge of Hub Operations and Connections / Line Haul operations.
- Proven experience in Pickup & Delivery (PUD) Operations.
- International Pickup & Delivery experience is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong team handling and people management experience.
- Good understanding of operational KPIs, SLA, TAT, productivity and service quality.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Candidates from logistics, courier, express delivery, transportation, freight or supply chain backgrounds are preferred.
