We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Team Leader – Full Stack Development to lead a team of developers, manage technical execution, understand client requirements, and ensure projects are delivered with high quality and within committed timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in PHP, Laravel, Node.js, React.js, and Angular.js, along with the ability to effectively use AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and problem-solving.

The candidate should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to independently understand business requirements, convert them into technical solutions, and guide the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities1. Technical Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of developers across different technology stacks.
- Provide technical guidance, code-level support, and solution recommendations.
- Review architecture, database design, APIs, coding practices, and technical implementation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Identify technical risks and resolve complex development issues.
- Ensure scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.

1. Project Planning & Delivery

- Break requirements into modules, tasks, and deliverables.




- Estimate development effort and help establish realistic timelines.
- Assign tasks based on team members' skills and availability.
- Monitor daily progress and identify delays early.
- Ensure commitments are properly planned and communicated.
- Take ownership of project delivery and proactively address blockers.
- Coordinate with QA, UI/UX, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.

1. AI Tools & AI-Assisted Development

- Actively use modern AI tools to improve development efficiency and productivity.
- Use AI for code generation, refactoring, debugging, documentation, testing, and technical research.
- Evaluate AI-generated code before implementation and ensure security, quality, and maintainability.
- Encourage the development team to adopt effective AI-assisted development practices.
- Identify opportunities where AI can reduce repetitive development work and improve delivery speed.
- Stay updated with emerging AI coding assistants and developer productivity tools.

AI should be used as a productivity multiplier, not as a replacement for technical understanding and ownership.

1. Team Management & Mentoring

- Mentor developers and help improve their technical capabilities.
- Conduct regular technical discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and create improvement plans.
- Establish accountability for assigned tasks and commitments.
- Encourage ownership, proactive communication, and problem-solving.
- Support onboarding and technical training of new developers.
- Maintain a healthy and professional team environment.

1. Quality & Engineering Practices

- Ensure development follows coding standards and best practices.
- Review code for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Ensure proper error handling, logging, validation, and testing.
- Work closely with QA to resolve defects efficiently.
- Reduce recurring production issues through root-cause analysis.
- Ensure proper technical documentation is maintained.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of software development experience, with relevant experience in a leadership role.




- Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel.
- Good working knowledge of Node.js.
- Strong understanding of React.js and/or Angular.js.
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
- Strong database and SQL knowledge.
- Good understanding of Git and software development workflows.
