Job Summary The Sales Team Lead is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the sales team to achieve overall team sales targets. The role also requires the Team Lead to be actively involved in closing calls,handling important customer conversations,overcoming objections,and supporting the team in converting qualified leads into successful sales.

Important Note This is a team-focused Sales Team Lead position. There is no separate individual sales target for the Team Lead. However, the Team Lead is expected to personally handle closing calls, particularly for key or difficult leads, while taking overall responsibility for guiding the team toward its sales targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
