We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Team Lead / Technical Team Manager to lead and manage a team of approximately 1520 developers and technical professionals.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with excellent people-management, communication, and leadership skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day technical operations, project delivery, team performance, resource allocation, technical guidance, and coordination between technical teams, management, and other stakeholders.

The candidate should have a good understanding of Python, MySQL, APIs, AI/ML concepts, backend development, and modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

- Lead, manage, and mentor a technical team of 15–20 members.
- Plan and distribute tasks based on team members’ skills, experience, and project priorities.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, performance, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular one-on-one discussions and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify performance gaps and take appropriate corrective actions in coordination with management/HR.
- Motivate the team and create a positive, team-oriented, and accountable work setting.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of technical team members.
- Manage conflicts within the team and resolve issues professionally.

Project & Delivery Management

- Take ownership of project timelines, deliverables,



and technical execution.
- Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and technical bottlenecks and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, UI/UX, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
- Ensure proper documentation, coding standards, testing, and deployment practices are followed.

Technical Responsibilities

- Provide technical guidance and support to developers whenever required.
- Have strong working knowledge of Python and backend development.
- Good understanding of MySQL/database design, queries, optimization, and database management.
- Understanding of REST APIs, API integrations, authentication, and microservices architecture.
- Basic to positive understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-based applications.
- Review technical approaches and assist the team in selecting appropriate solutions.
- Conduct or oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support the team in resolving production issues.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.

Process & Performance Management

- Establish and monitor team KPIs and performance metrics.
