We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead Staffing to manage and guide the recruitment team in delivering quality hiring solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, hands-on experience in staffing/recruitment, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
- Allocate requirements among team members and monitor daily recruitment activities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions when required.
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Train, mentor, and motivate recruiters to improve performance and productivity.
- Track team performance metrics such as submissions, interviews, closures, and revenue.
- Ensure quality profiles are shared within defined TAT.




- Resolve team challenges and provide strategic solutions to improve hiring efficiency.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment
- Prior experience as a Team Lead in staffing or consultancy preferred
- Experience in handling a team in a domestic recruitment consulting firm
- Graduation in any discipline
