Role Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead Performance Marketing Marketplaces who will be responsible for driving growth through performance marketing across marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa, Ajio, Tata CLiQ, Blinkit, Zepto, and more.

In this role, you will work closely with the eCommerce, Brand Marketing, and Design teams to manage campaigns, optimize performance, and drive revenue growth across channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch,



and optimize performance marketing campaigns across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms
- Track and improve key growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Manage ad campaigns including keyword research, ad copy optimization, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring
- Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, uploads, and quality control
- Continuously test and optimize creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Monitor budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend across platforms
- Coordinate with teams for UTM tagging, attribution tracking, and campaign reporting
- Stay updated with platform updates, new tools, and industry trends

Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:

- Execution-focused and process-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple marketplace activities simultaneously
- Strong in communication and collaboration
- Analytical with good knowledge of Excel and data analysis
- Interested in building a career in eCommerce and revenue growth
- Experience working in a startup, digital brand, or fashion/lifestyle brand is a plus
