JOB PURPOSE

As the Team Leader in the student advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing, mentoring, and leading a team of student advisors. Your primary responsibility is to manage the team's performance, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will conduct quality checks and audits on their work, monitor protocol adherence, and report to senior management to drive the team's success.

Note - This is a work from office role, which is a UK shift starting from 12.30 pm & 1.30 pm during daylight Saving.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of Student Advisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Performance Enhancement: Develop, implement, and manage performance improvement plans, including training, coaching, and mentorship for team members.
- KPI Achievement: Ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds KPIs related to student, enrolment, and conversion rates.
- Quality Checks and Audits: Conduct regular quality checks and audits on the work of Student Advisors, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Sales Targets:



Collaborate with the team to set and achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets, contributing to the institution's growth.
- Protocol Adherence: Ensure that all team members follow established protocols, standards, and ethical guidelines in their interactions with prospective students.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on team performance, including achievements, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
- Team Training: Identify training needs and work with the Sales Operations Manager to design and implement training programs for team members.
- Conflict Resolution: Address any conflicts or issues within the team, providing timely resolution and support.
- Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and strategies for improved results.
- Ad-hoc: Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by team leadership.

DESIRED PROFILE

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Any certification area in the sales or consultative selling will be preferred.

SKILLS

- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong understanding of student strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM (Salesforce) and reporting tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
- Knowledge of ethical standards and compliance in education.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE





- 8 plus years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing teams.
- Experience with Canadian institutes/immigration will be preferred.
