We are seeking a results-driven Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control operations at our high-volume e-commerce fulfillment center, specializing in large home appliances. You will be responsible for driving 99%+ inventory accuracy across our WMS and physical stock, managing dock-to-stock workflows, and optimizing warehouse slotting for heavy, high-cube goods. Core duties include leading daily cycle counts, conducting root-cause analyses on shortages, and damages, and establishing strict storage SOPs to minimize transit damage and operational shrink.
