- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- MBA/BBA/BCA/B.Com/B.Tech or relevant qualification preferred.
- 6–7 years of professional experience with team-handling experience.
- Candidates from US Staffing, US IT Recruitment, BPO, International BPO, Sales, or Customer Service backgrounds can apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and KPIs.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and policies.
