Job Title: Team Lead -Gujarati Voice Support - BPO

Location - Gujarati & Hyderabad

Qualifications

- Graduate (any stream)
- 2 - 5 years of experience in International Voice Support - BPO
- At least 12 years in a Team Lead role on paper
- Mandat Gujarati language & English
- Salary Upto 12 LPA
- Day Shift
- 5 Day working
- Location- Hyderabad & Gurgaon ( No relocation)
- Notice - Immeidate joiner ( not working)
- Open demand - 3 only
- Should have degree provisional
- Uan check mandate

Performance & Reporting

- Track KPIs: AHT, FCR, CSAT, Conversion Rate, Recovery Rate, Shrinkage, etc.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Identify performance gaps and implement action plans

- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
