Demanzo is looking for an experienced, hands-on SEO Team Lead to manage SEO strategy and delivery for international clients, especially businesses in the USA and other overseas markets.

You will lead a small SEO team, handle client communication, review work quality, and take ownership of improving organic traffic, rankings, visibility, and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute SEO strategies for multiple client websites.
- Manage SEO projects for clients in the USA and other international markets.
- Conduct website, technical SEO, content, keyword, competitor, and backlink audits.
- Build monthly SEO roadmaps based on the client’s business goals, target audience, and competition.
- Guide and review the work of SEO executives, content writers, designers, and web developers.
- Ensure proper execution of on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, internal linking, schema, and link-building activities.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, leads, and overall organic performance.
- Identify the reason for ranking or traffic drops and create corrective action plans.
- Conduct weekly or monthly client meetings and explain performance in clear business language.
- Prepare reports with insights, completed work, results, and next-month action plans.
- Ensure all client deliverables are completed on time and meet internal quality standards.
- Create SOPs, checklists, templates,



and processes to improve consistency across SEO projects.
- Train and mentor junior SEO team members.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, AI search, AEO, GEO, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other search platforms.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Proven experience managing SEO campaigns for USA-based or other international clients.
- Experience working with B2B, SaaS, IT, healthcare, e-commerce, or service businesses is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, content strategy, link building, and local SEO.
- Good understanding of Core Web Vitals, site migrations, redirects, crawlability, indexing, schema, and website audits.
- Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
- Ability to analyse data, find SEO issues, and independently recommend solutions.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts and coordinating with different internal teams.
- Strong written and spoken English for international client communication.
- Experience in AEO, GEO, AI visibility, or optimizing content for AI search platforms will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
