Location: Mohali, Punjab

Experience: 5 to 9 years, including a minimum of 2 years in a Team Leadership role

Qualification: LLB / LLM

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of legal associates.

Manage end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts including NDA, MSA, SOW, Procurement, SaaS, etc.

Provide paralegal support in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Lemon Law, and Employment Law matters.

Handle and support Lemon Law case review, documentation, legal research, and compliance.

Drive process improvements, compliance, and stakeholder management.

Work with CLM platforms such as Icertis, DocuSign, Ironclad, LinkSquares, and similar tools.

We’re Looking For

Robust CLM expertise and contract negotiation skills.

Team management and leadership experience.

Excellent legal drafting, communication, and analytical skills.

Knowledge/experience in Lemon Law and related legal matters.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
