FEA (Freedom Employability Academy) is a charitable trust providing free education in English, digital skills and employability to youth aged 18+ across North India.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any stream
- Basic English communication skills
- Freshers are welcome

Salary & Benefits:

- ₹13,500-14,500/month in 1st year
- ₹16,500/month after performance review
- Bonuses up to ₹25,000
- Free training in Lucknow
- Petrol + accommodation allowance

Responsibilities:

- Teach English and digital skills
- Conduct 3 classes daily
- Handle basic administrative work

Job Details:

- Full time
- 6 days/week
- 8 hours
- Location: Villages of Karnal

Training:

- Compulsory residential training in Lucknow
- ₹250/day stipend
- Free food, accommodation and travel
- Training Duration: 36 to 96 days ( Depends on learning)
