Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and academically strong Teaching Assistant – Commerce & Management to support faculty members in teaching, academic coordination, student mentoring, and departmental activities. The ideal candidate should have good subject knowledge, communication skills, and a genuine interest in teaching and working with students.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist faculty members in lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, and other academic activities.
- Support students with assignments, projects, and subject-related queries.
- Prepare presentations, teaching materials, worksheets, and question banks.
- Assist in conducting quizzes, tests, examinations, and evaluation of assignments.
- Maintain attendance, student records, and academic documentation.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
- Assist faculty members with research, case studies, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Support the department in organizing academic and co-curricular activities.




- Update LMS/ERP systems and assist with academic communication.
- Coordinate with faculty and students to ensure smooth academic operations.

Eligibility
- Master’s degree in Commerce, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with NET/SET/Ph.D. or those preparing for these examinations will be preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Required Skills
- Positive subject knowledge in Commerce and/or Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in interacting with students.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop teaching skills.
- Positive and professional attitude.

Experience Freshers to 1 year of relevant teaching/academic experience.

Candidates with internships, academic projects, tutoring experience, or relevant exposure may also be considered.

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
