Must Have

- Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPO)
- Patch Management (WSUS/SCCM)
- Server Hardening & Compliance
- Troubleshooting OS, Performance, Boot/Network Issues
- File/Print Server Management

Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and manage Windows servers across environments.
- Perform user administration via AD, OU structure, and GPO configuration.
- Handle OS hardening, patching, and compliance checks.
- Troubleshoot server, network, DNS, and performance issues.
- Perform backup/restore operations and collaborate with storage teams.
- Coordinate with network, security, and application teams for incident resolution.
- Ensure uptime through proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance.

• Document SOPs, RCA,



and technical configurations.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full time education
