Roles and responsibilities:

- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of Learning & Development (L&D;) sessions and training programs.
- Take ownership of pre-course and post-course coordination, including participant communication, training readiness, feedback collection, completion tracking and follow ups.
- Coordinate on-site Immersion Plans and work closely with the HR Operations team to schedule meetings and activities in line with the Induction Plan.
- Assist in creating, updating and organizing training modules, learning materials, and L&D; content as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to schedule, manage and ensure the smooth execution of training sessions.
- Support the team in tracking training attendance, feedback, completion status and other training-related metrics.




- Create and maintain L&D; reports, dashboards, training data and documentation.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with stakeholders across all stages of training programs.
- Provide administrative and operational support for training and other L&D; initiatives.

Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA or a related program, preferably in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a relevant field.
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Canva.
- Good organizational and project coordination skills, with strong attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
- Quick learner with a keen interest in Learning & Development, training, HR and organizational processes.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
