Key Responsibilities:

- Managing a portfolio of influencers and acting as their primary point of contact

- MEGA CREATOR ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE

- Developing and executing growth strategies for talent, including content direction and platform expansion

- Identifying and securing brand collaborations aligned with each influencers personal brand

- Negotiating commercial terms, contracts, deliverables, and timelines

- Coordinating end-to-end campaign execution with a focus on timelines and quality

- Analyzing performance metrics to optimize content and partnerships

- Building and maintaining relationships with brands, agencies, and stakeholders

- Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, platform policies, and contractual obligations





- Supporting talent in building long-term revenue streams beyond brand collaborations

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 3–7 years

- Education: Any Graduate

- Candidates with experience in Advertising, Marketing, or Digital Marketing are highly preferred

- Prior experience in onboarding and managing macro/mega influencers is required

- Robust understanding of influencer marketing, content strategy, brand partnerships, and social media platforms

- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
