Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Manager role based in Noida.

The Talent

Manager will oversee relationships with content creators and influencers, including discovery, onboarding, and ongoing management.

Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, coordinating campaign deliverables, and ensuring creators meet brand expectations and timelines. The role involves close collaboration with internal marketing and account teams to align talent selection with campaign objectives, track performance, and support post-campaign reporting.

The Talent

Manager will also monitor industry trends,



maintain an updated talent pipeline, and contribute to improving processes for creator outreach and engagement.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage influencer and creator relationships, including outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communication.
- Experience with campaign coordination, contract negotiation, and managing timelines and deliverables.
- Robust communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort with data and metrics related to social media performance, campaign tracking, and reporting.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms, social media channels, and digital content trends.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or digital media is preferred but not mandatory.
