Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across the UK and European markets. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in international hiring, stakeholder management, niche and high-volume recruitment, talent sourcing, and recruitment analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across UK and European markets, from requirement gathering through onboarding.
- Manage approximately 25–30 open positions per month across multiple business units.
- Deliver an average of 5 successful closures per month while meeting business SLAs.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and close critical and niche positions.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, assessment, shortlisting, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Drive recruitment through data and develop recruitment dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with relevant international hiring regulations, including GDPR and IR35.




- Manage recruitment vendors and contribute to vendor consolidation and optimization across UK and European geographies.
- Support employer branding and talent-attraction initiatives.

Ideal Candidate should have Profile

- 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience handling international recruitment, particularly UK and European markets.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing expertise with proven ability to identify passive and niche talent.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment and ability to use hiring metrics to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Postgraduate qualification in HR/Management preferred.
