Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment from manpower planning to onboarding.

- Develop sourcing strategies, manage job portals, consultants, and recruitment channels.

- Handle bulk, lateral, and critical hiring as per business requirements.

- Manage employee onboarding, induction, engagement, and retention initiatives.

- Handle HR operations including attendance, leave, employee records, and documentation.

- Support performance management, employee relations, and grievance handling.

- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.

- Maintain HR MIS and recruitment dashboards; track key hiring metrics.

- Partner with business/department heads for manpower planning and HR support.

Preferred candidate profile

- MSW / MBA in HR, Human Resources, or related field

- Experience in stainless steel industry, SMS, Wire Rod Mill, Bright Bar, Seamless Pipe, Forging Etc..

- Proficiency in SAP, MS office
