: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Non-IT

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-IT positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and a passion for matching talent with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

- Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain regular communication.

- Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR and department heads to align recruitment strategies with business goals.




- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization and attract talent.

- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and recruitment activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT sectors.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
