We are looking for a recruitment professional with 1 + years of experience who can independently drive hiring mandates and partner effectively with stakeholders.
? Work Structure: 6-day working | Hybrid (3 days' Work from Office, 3 days' Work from Home)
? Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Sunday fixed off)

Role Overview:
This role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for non-technical positions — from understanding requirements to successful closures. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple roles simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure effective stakeholder management
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social platforms, and referrals
- Manage ATS/ADS platforms, job postings, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely closures with quality hires
