Role & responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical positions across manufacturing plants, project sites, and corporate offices.

Source qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and qualified networks.

Screen resumes, conduct initial evaluations, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

Oversee offer rollouts, document verification, candidate onboarding, and background checks.

Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring analytics.

Build strong talent pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

What We Are Looking For

Education: Graduate in HR/Business Administration (MBA in HR is a plus).

Experience: 35 years in core talent acquisition.

Sector Focus: Prior recruitment experience in HVAC, MEP, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter) & MS Office. Knowledge of ATS is an added advantage.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, candidate sourcing, and stakeholder management abilities.
