Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of candidates across various functions. The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and create effective job descriptions.

Day-to-day activities include maintaining candidate pipelines, managing interview schedules, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.



The role also involves using recruitment tools and platforms, tracking metrics, and continuously improving hiring strategies to meet organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess talent, conduct structured interviews, and support selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help promote the organization as an attractive workplace and enhance candidate engagement.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and online job platforms for sourcing and pipeline management.
- Prior recruitment experience in healthcare, medical billing, or business process outsourcing environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple requisitions, and maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
