Gauri Telecommunications Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in temporary staffing, workforce management, and recruitment solutions, supporting clients with quality resources across diverse business requirements. We are looking for a highly result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who can drive recruitment delivery and close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end recruitment for temporary staffing requirements, from sourcing to joining.

· Understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates within the agreed TAT.

· Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases, networking, and other channels.

· Manage multiple IT and Non-IT requirements simultaneously and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

· Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate client interviews,



and follow up until joining formalities are completed.

· Ensure offer-to-join conversion and minimize candidate dropouts.

· Coordinate with clients and internal teams for requirement updates, interview feedback, documentation, and onboarding.

· Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular updates on closures, pipeline, TAT, and joining status.

· Achieve monthly recruitment targets and take complete ownership of assigned positions.

Candidate Requirements

· Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / Staffing.

· Strong experience in IT recruitment is preferred; exposure to Non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.

· Strong knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and both client and candidate management skills.

· Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced setting.

· Strong ownership with a proven ability to deliver closures within timelines.
