Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical positions. Daily work includes partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

The specialist coordinates interview schedules, facilitates assessment and feedback processes, and ensures a smooth candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.



The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, supporting employer branding initiatives, building talent pipelines for critical skills, and ensuring compliance with company hiring standards and applicable guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to evaluate candidates and support effective selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to promote the organization and attract high-quality talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles in semiconductor, VLSI, or related technology domains is preferred.
- Ability to use ATS and sourcing platforms, along with basic proficiency in MS Office or equivalent tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
