Role Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions for various functions across the organization. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about finding the right talent and enjoys connecting with people.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in non-tech recruitment and be comfortable managing the recruitment cycle from sourcing to interview coordination. The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build effective job descriptions, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates on communication, experience and role fit.
- Coordinate and align interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Understand hiring requirements and identify relevant talent accordingly.
- Explore new and effective sourcing strategies to find quality candidates.
- Maintain recruitment data and ensure timely updates on the hiring pipeline.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualification:

- 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience specifically in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of candidate sourcing, screening, calling and interview coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment and talent-finding techniques.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Non-Tech Recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with Tech Recruitment experience only will not be considered for this role.

Preferred Experience:

- Insurance domain experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with EdTech recruitment experience can also be considered.
- Experience in hiring for sales, operations, customer service or other non-tech roles would be an added advantage.
