Junior Recruiter | 4-6 years experience
Senior Recruiter | 6-10 years experience
Key Requirements:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong exposure to volume/mass hiring
- Understanding of the Energy, Power, Renewable Energy, EPC, or Infrastructure sectors
- Ability to manage stakeholders and multiple hiring mandates
Preferred Background: Candidates from companies such as WSP, Jacobs, Mott MacDonald, AtkinsRalis, Ramboll, AFRY, Fichtner, Black & Veatch, L&T;, KEC, Kalpataru, Adani Green, ReNew, Greenko, JSW Energy, Tata Power, NTPC, and similar organizations
