Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities for manufacturing and plant operations roles. The incumbent will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across production, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and support functions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer closure.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and local talent networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting hiring quality standards.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and recruitment challenges.
- Support workforce planning initiatives in partnership with business leaders and the Lead TA.

Candidate Experience

- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
- Manage offer discussions and pre-joining engagement activities.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical manufacturing and technical positions.
- Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, walk-in drives, and community recruitment initiatives.
- Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical and shop floor positions.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance

- Maintain accurate recruitment data.
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards on key hiring metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, engineering, or related sectors.
- Experience hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar manufacturing roles.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of manufacturing workforce requirements and recruitment practices.
- Expertise in sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and networking channels.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in recruitment reporting and analytics.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS platforms.
- Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
