HR Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Telibandha, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and build a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing skills, strong knowledge of job portals, and good stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for various positions.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Manage job postings, candidate databases, and recruitment pipelines.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Understand manpower requirements and source candidates accordingly.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Manage offer negotiations, candidate follow-ups,



and joining formalities.
- Track recruitment metrics, TAT, and hiring progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers for smooth recruitment processes.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- MBA in HR / Human Resources is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Excellent candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and work under recruitment targets.
