- Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from workforce planning and job postings to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

- Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.

- Build and manage talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, and recruitment agencies.

- Design and continuously improve the interview process, evaluation frameworks, and candidate experience.

- Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-acceptance rate, source effectiveness).

- Manage employer branding initiatives to position Edujam as an employer of choice.

- Negotiate offers and manage the offer-to-joining process, including background verification coordination.

- Lead, mentor, and (as the team grows) manage recruiters/TA associates.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the hiring process.

- Collaborate with HR on onboarding handover to ensure a smooth new-hire experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

- [Insert years, e.g., 5–8 years] of experience in talent acquisition, with at least [Insert years, e.g., 2 years] in a managerial or lead capacity.

- Proven experience hiring across multiple functions/levels (e.g., tech, sales, operations, leadership roles).

- Robust stakeholder management skills — comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Data-driven approach to recruitment with the ability to build and present hiring dashboards/reports.

- Experience in [Insert industry, e.g., EdTech / Education sector] is a plus.
