Role:Lead TA

Location: Pune (Baner 5 days WFO)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Recruitment, especially the technical recruitment understanding, so as to be able to speak to the hiring managers with understanding.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to handle the pressures of critical hiring
3. SPOC for all communication related to Recruitment.Should be able to handle Hiring manager queries
4. Should be able to give instant updates for positions of critical hiring
5. Should be able to give hiring analytics
6.



Will require to face audits
7. May require (not mandatory) to handle Trainings
8. Involved in Senior Management Hiring ( Overseas Hiring would be an added advantage)
9. Should have worked on recent technologies in development
10. Guide recruiters on hiring related queries
11. Generate Reports for Recruitment
12. Worked on an ATS
13. Handle Recruitment audits as per process
14. Worked on hiring Analytics
15. Worked on Performance, Trainings will be an added advantag

Skills & Qualifications:

- Any Science Graduate /BE with an MBA
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience, minimum 7 + years in IT sector
- Proficiency in any HR tool and systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.).
