About Role
Kick-start your recruitment career with Snabbit! We’re looking for a curious, proactive intern to support hiring across non-tech roles . You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience throughout the hiring process.
What you’ll do
- Source candidates through job portals,
LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial conversations to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep hiring trackers updated and ensure timely candidate communication.
- Support offer follow-ups, candidate engagement, and joining coordination.

- Availability for the full 6-month, in-office internship in Bangalore.
