Western Interior Designers and Marine Contractors is a fast-growing company engaged in Marine Interior and Exterior Contracting, Ship Repair and Maintenance, Shipbuilding, and Offshore Projects. We are known for delivering high-quality marine engineering and interior fit-out services across India. As we expand, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who specializes in blue-collar recruitment to help us build a skilled and reliable workforce for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for both technical (blue-collar) and administrative/engineering (white-collar) roles.

Identify, source, screen, and hire skilled blue-collar workers (e.g., welders, fitters, painters, helpers, marine technicians) for on-site operations.

Hire white-collar professionals such as project engineers, site supervisors, QA/QC staff, procurement executives, etc.

Ensure seamless onboarding, document verification, and compliance for all recent hires.

Maintain a manpower database, track deployment, attendance, and productivity of employees.

Collaborate with project and operations teams to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements efficiently.





Drive recruitment strategies to reduce lead time and improve workforce quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

4–6 years of proven experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to blue-collar hiring in marine, construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.

Working knowledge of labor regulations, ESI/PF processes, and compliance matters.

Fluent in Malayalam, Hindi, and English.

Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
