Role Non-IT Recruiter (Data Center Hiring)
Experience: 2-4 years

We are looking for a Recruiter for Data Center hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, facilities, and support roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hire for Data Center, MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, BMS, UPS, DG, Facilities, EHS, Security, and other non-IT roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn,
referrals and other channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiation and candidate follow-up until joining.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment MIS.
- Meet hiring targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in end to end Recruitment.
- Data Center / Facilities / MEP recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
