DevLabs Technology® is seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead to manage end-to-end technical recruitment and lead key hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT recruitment, staff augmentation, C2C/C2H hiring, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Position: Talent Acquisition Lead

Experience: 6–7 Years

Location: Indore – Work From Office

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week

Employment Type: Full time

? Required Skills & Qualifications

6-7 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.

1–2 years of experience in a Senior/Lead Recruitment role.

Strong experience in FTE and C2C/C2H hiring.

Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and IT skill sets.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination.





Strong knowledge of recruitment MIS, dashboards, and MS Excel.

Excellent communication, leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
