We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and experience working with hiring managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and vendor partners

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skills, and timelines

- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/client interviews

- Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and joining follow-ups.

- Maintain and update recruitment data in ATS/HRMS





- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements

- Coordinate with external recruiters/vendors when required

- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment / Talent Acquisition

- Hands-on experience hiring for technical roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Support, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet tight deadlines

- Familiarity with offer letters, salary bench-marking, and joining formalities

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Good to Have

- Experience in client-based or consulting environment

- Knowledge of ATS tools
