What You’ll Do
- Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.
- Source and build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and manage candidate experience.
- Drive offer negotiations and closures.
- Track hiring metrics and improve recruitment processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring and sourcing.
- Strong communication and candidate assessment skills.
- Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced workplace.
