: Responsibilities and Duties:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and skilled networks, Job Portals)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Desired skill set:
- Proven work experience as a TA for US, Australia and UK Accounting & tax hiring.
- mainly Hands-on experience with US taxation forms of individual and business taxation along with prepare and reviewer hirings.
- best Knowledge of Job Portals like Naukri.com and LinkedIn recruiter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Specialization into Human Resources Management or relevant field
