NextGen Identity is looking for a motivated and enthusiasticTalent Acquisition Executive to join our team and support our growing recruitment requirements.
? Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Review and screen CVs based on job descriptions and hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess candidates based on skills, experience and communication.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand job requirements, priorities and hiring timelines.
- Assist with offer coordination, documentation and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
- Support other HR and employee engagement activities as required.
? Required Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to screen and evaluate candidates effectively.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and recruitment/job portals.
- Positive follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong proficiency in English communication.
- Prior experience recruiting for IT / Cybersecurity / Technology roles will be an advantage.
