Work Schedule: Six days a week—Monday to Friday from the office and Saturday working from home
About the Role
PRISM (OYO) is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in non-IT recruitment and employee onboarding. The candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer rollout and successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across different business functions.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews and assess their suitability for the role.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage offer documentation, offer rollout and salary-related coordination.
- Complete pre-joining engagement and follow up with candidates until their date of joining.
- Manage the onboarding process, including document collection, background-verification coordination and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring targets within the required timelines.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and HR teams for smooth hiring and onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
- Practical experience in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
Work Arrangement
- Six-day working week.
- Monday to Friday: Work from office.
- Saturday: Work from home.
