Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Handle salary discussions and support the offer management process.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide timely updates on open positions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience in IT recruitment.
- Valuable understanding of sourcing techniques and screening methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
