Role Description The TA Intern - WFO role is an on-site internship based in Bengaluru, supporting instructors and learners in a structured classroom or lab environment. The intern will assist lead teachers during live sessions, help set up learning materials and digital tools, and provide one-on-one support to students when needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include clarifying concepts, encouraging participation, monitoring student progress, and maintaining an engaging, safe environment for children.
The intern will also support basic administrative tasks such as tracking attendance, coordinating schedules, and sharing feedback with the teaching team to improve session quality. This role offers exposure to innovative teaching practices in STEM and skill-based education while contributing to a mission-driven learning ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Assistant Teaching skills and an interest in supporting classroom or lab-based learning.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with educators, children, and parents.
- Candidates should possess a foundation in Education and a passion for learner-centered teaching approaches.
- Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Mathematics skills to support course content where needed.
- Candidates should possess experience or comfort in Working With Children, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru in a structured schedule and collaborate within a team environment.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Education, Psychology, STEM, or related fields is preferred.
- Robust organizational skills, reliability, and a genuine interest in edtech and skill-based learning are beneficial.
