About The Job:

- An Principal SOA/FMW administrator is expected to possess strong infrastructure and consulting skills and contribute to the SOA/FWM infrastructure setup, installation, configuration and support.

- The candidate must be open to work on 24x7 projects in any of the assigned shifts

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead and deliver complex OCI projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

- Act as a point of escalation for complex infrastructure and application-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.

Qualifications:

- 5-10 Year exp. Exceptionally talented in any two from below:

- ODI

- SOA

- MFClient

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with OCI architecture, including building and deploying core OCI services and components.

- Strong knowledge and experience in SOA Suite and Middleware platforms, including Integration Cloud.

- Solid hands-on experience in Middleware environment administration, including installation, configuration, migration, tuning,



patching, administration, and monitoring of platforms such as SOA, ODI, MFT, and OIC.

- Experience architecting and managing IaaS/PaaS/SaaS platforms.

- Expert knowledge of Database, Exadata, RAC/ASM, Data Guard, Backup & Recovery, and related technologies.

- Strong DBA performance tuning and optimization skills.

- Solid hands-on experience in installation, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of *** GoldenGate.

- Conduct feasibility assessments and design reviews to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.

- Stay updated on the latest OCI features, capabilities, and best practices to continuously improve solution designs.

- Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities, with the capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams and lead resources with diverse technical skill sets.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with DevOps tools, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Ability and interest in researching, developing, and implementing internal capability solutions, accelerators, and methodologies.

- Experience working with other cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

- Experience administering retail products and platforms such as MOM, RIB, and MDO.

- Experience with cloud migration, modernization, and hybrid cloud integration initiatives.





- Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, networking, monitoring, logging, and governance best practices.

- Experience in capacity planning, high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity for OCI and Middleware environments.

- Ability to prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and operational procedures.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and enterprise architecture groups to deliver complex technology solutions.
