Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Systems Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The role will support the administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, endpoints, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support to end users.
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Windows systems and IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, application, and network issues.
- Manage users, groups, permissions, and access using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment.
- Configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Perform software installations, updates, patches, and system upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and security alerts.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset records.




- Follow IT security policies and escalate complex issues when required.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
- Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Hardware, software, and desktop troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
- Valuable problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or equivalent certification is a plus.
