Role Overview We are looking for a System Engineer to manage IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure smooth system, network, and security operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities •

- Install and configure desktops, laptops (Windows/Ubuntu), and required software. •
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (LAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN). •
- Manage user access, system updates, and IT security compliance. •
- Support basic Linux administration and firewall (UFW) configuration. •
- Assist in network setup,



structured cabling, and device configuration. •
- Handle CCTV, NVR/DVR setup and troubleshooting. •
- Monitor servers, system performance, and logs. •
- Provide IT helpdesk support to end users. •
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation. •
- Support basic AWS cloud operations (EC2, S3, IAM).

Requirements • 1–4 years of experience in System Engineering / IT Support. •
- Strong knowledge of Windows &
- Linux (Ubuntu/Debian). •
- Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP). •
- Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting. •
- Basic knowledge of AWS and IT security practices. •
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
