- Excellent understanding of the technical fundamentals of the internet. You should have solid background knowledge ofprotocols such as LDAP, SSH, DNS, DHCP, SFTP & HTTPS, as well as the ability to use diagnostic tools such as traceroute, ping, nslookup, etc.
- Working knowledge of any one of virtualization like VirtualBox, Openstack, Hyper-V, VMWare, etc.,
- Strong command line Linux skills. You should have prior experience in setting up and running your own Linux servers.
- Excellent troubleshooting ability on anyone of OS platform: Windows/Mac/Linux .
- Should be a good listener who can thoroughly understand the issues or questions and help them solve it.




- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security. practices, Backup mechanisms, and disaster recovery protocols
- Must have hands-on experience on AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Installation/Troubleshooting of Server-client issues, etc.,
- Experience in enterprise Firewall, load-balancers, Network devices like routers, switches, controller etc
- Excellent writing skills. Most of your work will be written (email, documentation, etc.
- Prior administrationexperienceonto atlassian products (like JIRA, confluence, etc.,), Office365, CRM solutions (like hubspot), SCCM, ITSM tools will be added advantage

Skills Required
- Positive technical knowledge on Windows/Linux on any platform
- Confident, Quick learner

- Good communication skills
- CCNA/MCSE/RHCE/Certification in AWS/Azure/GCP would be an added advantage.
