Essential Skills

- Hands on working experience of L2 End User Computing/Desktop Support.

- knowledge of Windows 7 & Windows 10 administration, Active Directory, Group Policies, Office/Microsoft 365.

- L1 Administration of Windows Server 2012 & 2016? Operating systems installation, maintenance, imaging & security patching

- Handling different types of printer related issues on day-to-day basis and installations of printers like Lexmark, Canon, Client, Zebra etc.

Desirable Skills

- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products in order to deliver required desktop service levels.

- Asset & inventory management
