About the Role

Based in India and working as part of our global supply chain team, you'll partner closely with our Australian Procurement and Sourcing team to manage supplier relationships, coordinate order execution and help bring great products to market.

This is a hands-on supply chain role for someone who enjoys building strong supplier relationships, solving problems and keeping things moving. As a key member of our global supply chain team, you'll help ensure products move efficiently from development and production through to shipment and delivery. You'll be trusted to build strong supplier partnerships, maintain supply chain visibility, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers across India and neighbouring sourcing markets.
- Maintain accurate and timely order updates within NetSuite and Simba reporting systems.
- Monitor critical path activities and proactively identify and resolve potential delays.
- Support the Australian Procurement and Sourcing team with reporting, forecasting and supply chain visibility.
- Coordinate shipment bookings and liaise with freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Review and manage pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.




- Coordinate product development samples and ensure timely vendor submissions.
- Work closely with suppliers to identify new product opportunities, innovations and manufacturing improvements.
- Coordinate quality inspections and partner with quality teams to ensure products meet Simba standards.
- Build strong supplier relationships through regular communication, collaboration and follow-up.
- Contribute to supply chain improvement projects, process optimisation initiatives and business reporting activities.
- Travel to supplier facilities and manufacturing sites as required to support supplier engagement and order execution.

About you

We're looking for someone who understands textiles and the complexities of managing products from development through to delivery. You'll have experience across supply chain, sourcing, procurement, logistics and vendor management, ideally within the home textiles, apparel, bedding, towel, healthcare textile or broader manufacturing industries.

You'll also bring

- Experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, logistics and vendor management.
- Strong supplier relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- An understanding of textile manufacturing, sourcing or product development processes.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with international teams.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or similar platforms.
- Professional reporting and data management skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes.
- The ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative.
- Strong commercial awareness and an ability to balance quality, service and cost outcomes.
